Bergamot has been a traditional remedy in Italy, primarily used to treat fever and parasitic infections. The distinctive aroma added to English Earl Grey tea comes from bergamot, and it is also highly popular in the perfume industry.

Diffusion: Use a safe and reliable diffuser or aroma burner. Add water and essential oil in the ratio of approximately 100ml water + 5-6 drops of essential oil.
Bathing: Mix 5-8 drops of essential oil with an appropriate amount of bath salt, then add it to a filled bathtub. Soak for 10-20 minutes.
Body Massage: Mix approximately 30ml of carrier oil with 15 drops of essential oil, then perform a full-body massage.
Apply to Soles of Feet: Apply 1 drop of essential oil directly to the soles of both feet.

This oil is non-phototoxic, meaning it poses no warnings for skin exposed to sunlight.
If skin allergies or adverse reactions occur, dilute and wipe off the essential oil using olive oil or nut-free vegetable oil. (Due to oil-water separation, it is not recommended to use water to clean essential oils during emergencies; vegetable oil works better.)
Keep this product out of reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or placing it near fire. Store it in a cool and safe location.
