INGREDIENTS

Botanical Name: Citrus bergamia

HOW TO USE

✓ Diffusion: Use a safe and reliable diffuser or aroma burner. Add water and essential oil in the ratio of approximately 100ml water + 5-6 drops of essential oil.

✓ Bathing: Mix 5-8 drops of essential oil with an appropriate amount of bath salt, then add it to a filled bathtub. Soak for 10-20 minutes.

✓ Body Massage: Mix approximately 30ml of carrier oil with 15 drops of essential oil, then perform a full-body massage.

✓ Apply to Soles of Feet: Apply 1 drop of essential oil directly to the soles of both feet.

CAUTIONS

✓ This oil is non-phototoxic, meaning it poses no warnings for skin exposed to sunlight.

✓ If skin allergies or adverse reactions occur, dilute and wipe off the essential oil using olive oil or nut-free vegetable oil. (Due to oil-water separation, it is not recommended to use water to clean essential oils during emergencies; vegetable oil works better.)

✓ Keep this product out of reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or placing it near fire. Store it in a cool and safe location.
